The Challenge

A handbag brand looking to boost its social media awareness and activity approached ChicExecs to execute a plan that would engage the audience, leading to a goal of gaining its first 1K followers while simultaneously gaining new customers within a short time frame for a seasonal product launch.

The Strategy

Implementing a strategic social media campaign, our team created a product launch giveaway to entice customers. We introduced each new product and asked for follows/likes/shares on each post in exchange for a chance at winning a new product of choice from the season’s new lines. We opted to unveil the products during the launch campaign rather than the weeks preceding the debut.

The Outcome

The approach undertaken by ChicExes proved to be an effective way to generate buzz and brand loyalty. The client praised our results, turning their inactive account into a lifestyle destination. During the campaign, we reached the client’s goal of over 1k followers and received 21 total shares and 61 product clicks tagged on average for the top three featured products. This served as a jumpstart to more social media activity.
