A lifestyle brand asked ChicExecs for help to increase its social media performance, having previously only boosted posts and launched campaigns with minimal spending and no pixel to track sales and conversions. They knew they were in a competitive category (candles) and had to up their game. Our team got to work quickly by setting up and activating the social media pixel feature correctly (small pieces of code that are added to a site). When everything was in place, we ran two traffic campaigns with adequate budgets and timelines to track pixel events and A/B test audiences and messaging.
This produced the results that we wanted to see. On behalf of the client, ChicExecs applied learnings and targeted lookalikes of product page viewers for a successful Black Friday/Cyber Monday campaign that generated 3.74 in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). This marked the brand’s first month with adequate ad spending. The following months saw positive ROAS, and we drove traffic for candle lovers to book events on its website as well.
