Crafting a New Social Media Ad Campaign to Repair a Brand’s Hacked Account

A company in the arts and crafts industry approached ChicExecs when its social media accounts were unfortunately hacked. They needed to start a new ad account and pivot to creating new content, requesting guidance to jumpstart their social media activity again. Based on these differentials, we drove traffic to the best landing pages, making for a seamless transition to the new accounts while providing content of interest to their loyal customers.

 

 

 

ChicExecs started the client with a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2.42. We grew it in a matter of months to 6.83 through leveraging best-performing creatives, best audiences (interests vs. lookalikes), testing new campaign types (ASC+), and adding a new creative format that wasn’t utilized before – the dynamic catalog carousel. This proved an excellent way to show customers products of interest based on the brand’s varied offerings.
