The Challenge
A Japanese hair tool brand looked to partner with us to establish their presence in U.S. stores and media. With ChicExecs’ track record of building relationships with key influencers, media outlets and top retailers, the brand turned to us for help with a U.S. expansion project. The intention was to generate brand awareness and sales as well as educate a new audience on the innovative technology behind the product line.
The Strategy

To amplify reach, we orchestrated targeted paid ad campaigns, spotlighting the benefits and versatile usage of the hair products. Our team also crafted a retail catalog and initiated proactive pitching efforts to secure distribution and placement in key U.S. retailers, laying the groundwork for widespread accessibility. Through this approach, we executed a harmonious synergy of influencer advocacy, strategic PR positioning, targeted advertising, and retail expansion, culminating in a multifaceted strategy poised to propel the brand towards sustained success in the competitive U.S. market.
The Outcome
Through our collaborative strategy, our team achieved remarkable results for our client. The outreach saw a total follower count of 1.5 million of the influencers ChicExecs partnered with, resulting in six influencers secured, 256K+ followers reached, 12K+ total engagements, and 477 sales generated. The brand praised our services for their positive reception in the U.S. marketplace and our ability to connect them with the right influencers, significantly amplifying their digital presence. Our search campaigns also yielded positive ROAS and drove substantial purchase volumes. Our PR team secured an impressive 175 media features across renowned outlets such as CNN, Brit + Co, ESSENCE, FOX, Good Housekeeping, TIME Magazine, Yahoo, Medium, Who What Wear, and Well Defined, among others, reaching an audience of over 4 billion and elevating the brand’s visibility to new heights.
