The Challenge

A new subscription box company approached us with limited customer insight and demographics for their niche product. The goal was to increase direct-to-consumer e-commerce sales while establishing a solid audience. 

The Strategy

Our team worked with the client on its ad journey to its target audience from day one. To achieve consistent and increased website purchases, ChicExecs A/B tested creative/promo/format to develop an “Always On” campaign. This resulted in sales, using best testing assets for each new seasonal line. 

We used retargeting to capture middle and bottom-of-funnel customers. Our team thought outside the “box” and targeted customers who fit a lifestyle rather than a product, resulting in our highest-converting campaign of the year.

The Outcome

Our digital marketing team crushed our client’s expectations with a unique campaign that averaged a significant return on ad spend many times over, including top-performing advertising off-season during the non-holiday months.

The client performed so well that they sold out before the busy holiday season and pivoted to introduce a new variety of subscription boxes.
